Dhanush – Rajkumar Periasamy’s ‘D55’: Grand Filming Kickoff in Chennai!

Following the massive success of Amaran, director Rajkumar Periasamy is teaming up with Kollywood superstar Dhanush for his next venture, tentatively titled ‘D55’. Much-anticipated updates regarding the project have finally surfaced, revealing that the first schedule of filming begins tomorrow in Chennai.

The production will kick off with a 10-day stint in Chennai. Once the initial phase is wrapped, the crew is reportedly set to move to Tirupati for the next major schedule.

One of the biggest highlights of the film is the inclusion of Malayalam Megastar Mammootty in a pivotal role. Fans are buzzing with excitement to see Dhanush and Mammootty share the screen after a long hiatus. While he may not be present for the first day, Mammootty is expected to join the sets during the subsequent schedules.
