The shooting of 'Surya 42', directed by Siruthai Siv and starring Surya and Disha Patani in the lead, is going on at full speed at various locations in India and abroad. It is said that Suriya is acting in more than 12 getups in this fantasy adventure film being made in 13 languages including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam and English.

The anbana fans of Suriya have been anxious to know the title and other major events of the film. The wait is over as Studio Green has officially announced that the title and glimpse video will be out on the festive date of April 14th, 2023 promising "A Grand Project in a Grand Event".

News has come that the shooting of the promo glimpse video of 'Suriya 42' is underway in Chennai right now and will continue for a couple of days. Siruthai Siva is said to be canning a mix of contemporary and historical sequences featuring Suriya in different getups in famous studio in Chennai.

'Suriya 42' co-produced by UV Creations has music by Devi Sri Prasad and the cast includes Suriya, Disha Patani, Yogi Babu, Kovai Sarala,Anand Raj, Redin Kingsley, Ravi Raghavendra and others. The first installment of the two part film will release in 3D later this year.
