'Suriya 42' is now a trending topic in K-town. It was already reported that Suriya will start working on his project with director Siruthai Siva before resuming 'Vanangan'. Produced by UV Creations and Studio Green, we recently broke to you that the movie will begin with a pooja on August 21.

As we reported earlier, 'Suriya 42' went on the floors yesterday with a pooja at Agaram Foundation, Ramapuram. Some photos and videos of Suriya and Siruthai Siva from the ceremony went viral online. This film will be made in two parts on a massive budget with Disha Patani playing the female lead and Devi Sri Prasad scoring the music. 'Suriya 42' will be a pan-Indian movie and will be released in 10 languages.

Following the pooja, the shooting of 'Suriya 42' commences today. The first schedule is going on in Chennai and will continue for a week. Then, the team will move to Goa in mid-September & the filming will happen for 25 days. The makers will soon make a formal announcement regarding the project and they are also planning to launch a grand motion poster for 'Suriya 42' by next week.

'Suriya 42' has Vetri Palanisamy as cinematographer and Milan as art director. Supreme Sundar will take care of the action choreography. Siruthai Siva's associate Adi Narayana will serve as the writer of the movie while Madhan Karky is in charge of the dialogues. Suriya and Siruthai Siva's project is currently addressed as 'Production no 25'.
