Actor Suriya is currently awaiting the release of his political entertainer NGK directed by acclaimed maker Selvaraghavan, and the teaser of the movie released last month has turned viral, raising the expectations of die-hard fans of the actor, who are waiting for the release date announcement from the team.

On the other hand, the actor is also set to wrap Kaappaan with KV Anand soon, and the movie has him playing an NSG commando, alongside Mohanlal and Arya who play vital roles. Now, there's a new update on his 38th movie which will be produced by his own 2D Entertainment.

This movie directed by Sudha Kongara of Irudhi Suttru fame was recently joined by Oscar winning producer Guneet Monga of Sikhya Entertainment who is expected to co-produce the movie, and the latest speculation is that this untitled flick will be the biopic or based on the life of Indian entrepreneur GR Gopinath, a retired Indian army captain and founder of Air Deccan. It is to be seen if the team will make an official announcement on the same.
