Reports tell us that veteran actor Mic Mohan and Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi are in talks to play powerful roles in 'Thalaivar 171'. Mic Mohan, who is currently playing the villain in Thalapathy Vijay's 'GOAT', is likely to sign this film soon while Lokesh Kanagaraj has offer yet another crucial role for Vijay Sethupathi after 'Master' and 'Vikram'.

Also, it is said that Shah Rukh Khan will be playing a cameo role in this film. However, few other sources say Ranveer Singh will play that cameo role. Let's see who will get finalized for the role. The filming of 'Thalaivar 171' is expected to begin this Summer after the 'Jailer' actor completes 'Vettaiyan'. The title reveal teaser of 'Thalaivar 171' arrives on April 22nd.
