Superstar Rajinikanth has fulfilled the late actor Mayilsamy's last wish as promised to him and photos of the same are going viral on the internet. Mayilsamy, one of the leading comedians of Tamil cinema who was also a well known philanthropist and passed away last February due to a sudden heart attack. In his last moments he was heard telling music composer drums Sivamani that his wish is that Rajini would visit Thiruvannamalai temple and receive darshan there.
When paying tribute Mayilsamy in person Rajini had promised to fulfill Mayilsamy's last wish. True to his words the iconic actor visited the Thiruvannamalai temple and not only had a special darshan but also conducted the required poojas. He was shooting for his daughter Aishwarya's 'Lal Salaam' there when he took time off to keep his promise.
Rajini's next movie 'Jailer' directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures is gearing up for release on August 10th. The first single is expected soon and an official announcement is imminent. The Anirudh musical also boasts of the ensemble cast of Mohan Lal, Shivarajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley and Vasanth Ravi.
