Director Vincent Selva has been known for his movies starring Vijay, like Priyamudan and Youth and has also directed movies like Iraniyan, Jithan, Inga Enna Solluthu etc. Vincent Selva had last directed the movie Virumandikkum Sivanandikum and had also scripted Jithan 2.

Now Vincent Selva is back as a director with the upcoming movie Vettaiyan, which is said to be an action thriller, and the movie marks the debut of stunt choreographer Stun Siva as a hero. He had earlier acted in Vijay Milton's Goli Soda as villain and that role got him this movie.

Vettaiyan also stars Kabir Duhan Singh, Vaishnavi Chandran, Dushara and Yogi Babu and was shot in Chennai, Bangalore and Gobichettipalayam and is currently in post production stage. After Vettaiyan, Stun Siva will also be seen playing a key role in director Suseenthiran's Champion.
