Actress Vanitha Vijayakumar has been in news since last month after her marriage to filmmaker Peter Paul and the controversies surrounding his first marriage and impending divorce with his first wife Elizabeth.

Following this there were arguments between Vanitha Vijayakumar and actresses Lakshmi Ramakrishnan, Kasthuri, producer Ravinder Chandrasekar, Youtuber Suriya Devi etc who had come in support of Peter Paul's wife Elizabeth.

Both Vanitha and the other actresses filed cases against each other and now a new case has been filed against Vanitha. Vanitha is residing in an apartment in Ayyapanthangal near Porur, and now the apartment secretary Nisha Thota has filed a complaint against Vanitha Vijayakumar that she had conducted a program in the apartment during lockdown times without prior permission, and a case has now been filed under 3 sections for violating lockdown rules.
