India's biggest showman of the current era S.S. Rajamouli recently delivered yet another rupees thousand crores blockbuster hit 'RRR' starring Ram Charan Teja and Jr. NTR. He is currently in preproduction work for his next starring Mahesh Babu which is said to be one of the biggest budgeted films ever in Indian cinema.

Meanwhile a new car that Rajamouli bought has become the talk of the town and also trending big on social media. The luxury vehicle in question is the Volvo XC40 and according to car and bike packs a Harmon Kardon 14-speaker 600 Watt sound system, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, dual-zone climate control, and more. There are also a host of active and passive safety features including seven airbags, distance alert, and rear and front park assist. It's the first car in the segment to get radar-based city safety and driver-assist systems with steering assist which can operate at speeds up to 50 kmph, adaptive cruise control, lane mitigation, driver alerts, run-off road protection, and roll stability control. Power comes from the 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine that belts out 187 bhp and 300 Nm of peak torque. The motor is paired with an 8-speed Geartronic transmission.

Rajamouli already owns a Land Rover Range Rover and a BMW 7 Series and comparitevely social media users are a little taken by surprise about the new purchase. The comments are that when actresses and actors who dont even have proper hits to their credit buy vehicles in the rupees one crore region, the celebrated maker of 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' has opted for a rupees 50 lakhs entry level model.
