Venkat Prabhu to Direct Sivakarthikeyan in Mega-Budget Time-Travel Thriller

The Sivakarthikeyan-Venkat Prabhu collaboration has created a massive wave of anticipation in the Tamil film industry. Following the monumental success of The GOAT, director Venkat Prabhu is set to begin his next big venture with Sivakarthikeyan. This film is expected to be a high-octane sci-fi entertainer centered around a time-travel theme. Since Venkat Prabhu’s previous film Maanaadu was a major hit based on a time loop, expectations are high that this new project will also captivate audiences with a fast-paced and innovative screenplay.
The film is being produced on a grand scale with a budget of approximately ₹180 crore. To ensure a realistic and spectacular visual experience, the shooting plan is split equally: 50% in international locations and 50% in India.

Reports suggest that the film will utilize Hollywood-standard “De-aging” technology and cutting-edge VFX for Sivakarthikeyan. The production team recently visited renowned technical studios in the USA to begin preliminary work.
