'Bruce Lee' is slated for a release on October 16th and director Sreenu Vaitla is confident that he will hit the bull's eye this time. He talks about the film, Ram Charan's performance, Chiranjeevi's cameo etc in a chit-chat.

Ordinary man in an extraordinary situation

'Bruce Lee' is a family and action entertainer, which is laced with all the commercial elements including comedy and romance. The film will be in a large scale.The protagonist is a stuntman and he is a big fan of Bruce Lee. The film is all about how an ordinary person faces an extraordinary situation and how he fights out. So we used the tagline 'The Fighter'.

Excellent performance

The film will be loved by Ram Charan fans. Charan is performing excellently. Especially, he is very good at entertainment. The film has all the elements in right proportions and we took care of every minute detail. I am very sure that this film will be a blockbuster.

New format

I've been doing films in a certain format and many others also followed me. So I heard that the audiences are fed up with the films in the same format. 'Bruce Lee' will be in a new format. But audiences expect entertainment from me and I assure the film have good entertainment. It is only because of the co-operation of Ram Charan and my team we could complete the film as per the plan. The film will release on October 16th as planned.

Gift from megastar

Chiranjeevi is playing a cameo in 'Bruce Lee' and I am very happy to be directing him and Ram Charan in one movie. I feel that this offer is a big gift from the Megastar. It will be a surprise at which juncture Chiru's character will be introduced in the movie. He is excited about his role and is also keeping himself fit. 'Bruce Lee' is a teaser for his 150th film.

Not true

It is not true that we approached others for the cameo before Chiranjeevi. We felt that only he will suit the role and approached him. He gave his nod loving the character and as it is very important to the film.

No special plans

I've no special plans for my birthday. I will be celebrating it on the sets of 'Bruce Lee' this time..
