'Goodachari' actress Sobhita Dhulipala, who is known for her multi-lingual and multi-platform appearances, has bagged an exciting project. This time, it is a Hollywood project and nothing less!

Hollywood actor Dev Patel is going to debut with an ambitious film titled 'Monkey Man'. The project has been planned since at least 2016. Five years after Sobhita, who was born in Andhra Pradesh's Tenali and is fluent in Telugu, gave an audition for a role, she has got a call from the makers.

'Monkey Man' is a Netflix project. The OTT giant recently said that Patel, who co-wrote the film with Paul Angunawela and John Collee, will star alongside Sharlto Copley. The web film is about an unlikely hero who emerges from prison to exact revenge on those who ruined his life.

Netflix has reportedly finalized a deal worth 30 million dollars for the project.

Meanwhile, Sobhita is also doing 'Major' with Adivi Sesh. The Telugu-Hindi bilingual will hit the screens on July 2.
