Tamil cinema's rising star Sivakarthikeyan is celebrating his birthday. Marking the special occasion, Raaj Kamal Films and Sony Pictures proudly presented the first-look poster and title teaser of the much-awaited film, 'SK 21'. Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, the movie is officially titled 'Amaran', meaning the one who fights.
The 1.5-minute teaser unravels a new shade of Sivakarthikeyan as a gritty Major General, who is taking infantry soldiers under his command and order. Set in Shapion, Kashmir, the flick is confirmed to be a biopic of Major Mukund Varadarajan as SK's name tag reads Mukund V in one of the shots. He died serving his country.
The makers seem to have crafted a rustic portrayal of a Kashmir military camp and the soldiers' lives. The story revolves around the battle between Mukund Varadarajan's 44th Rashtriya Rifles and the terrorists in South Kashmir. The military-level stunts by Stefan Ritcher look spectacular with a rich work from the technical team.
GV Prakash, CH Sai and Kalaivannan proved their technical prowess in music, visuals and cuts. 'Amaran' also features Sai Pallavi, Rahul Bose, Lallu, Mir Salman, Gaurav Venkatesh and others. This upcoming project will have a grand Pan-Indian release later this year in five languages. The poster and teaser are going viral now.
