Kamal Haasan after recent setbacks like the delay in 'Indian 2' and his COVID 19 infection is said to be having big plans for 2022. He is likely to resume shooting 'Vikram' directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj in the first week of January and wrap up the film by February end.

The hot buzz now in Kollywood is that Kamal Haasan's Raj Kamal Films International is in talks with Sivakarthikeyan for a new movie which will go on floors by March 2022. The reliable sources have let out that Rajkumar who helmed the Gautham Karthik starrer 'Rangoon' will be directing the Sivakarthikeyan project.

Rajkumar a former associate of A.R. Murugadoss is one of the directors of 'Bigg Boss 5'. It is said that he impressed Kamal while working on the reality show and the legend asked him to narrate a script which he also liked. The director had expressed that Sivakarthikeyan will be apt for the lead and that is how the negotiations started.

A Kamal-Sivakarthikeyan combo is sure to excite fans and we will have to wait for the official announcement soon. Meanwhile Kamal is also planning to produce movies with the exciting combo of Vikram and Vijay Sethupathi to be directed by Mahesh Narayanan and a few other biggies which will all happen one after the other in the new year.

Meanwhile Sivakarthikeyan's 'Don' costarring Priyanka Arul Mohan and S.J. Suryah will be released on February 14th of 17th. His 'Ayalaan' will also hit the screens later in the new year.
