“Karuppasamy took care of everything!” – Actor Suriya gets emotional at the grand success meet of the movie ‘Karuppu’

‘Karuppu’, which was released recently, has been receiving an overwhelming response from fans in theatres. Directed by RJ Balaji and produced by Dream Warrior Pictures, the film has been creating massive box office records.

Following the grand success of the film, the ‘Karuppu Success Meet’ was held today in Chennai. Speaking at the event, actor Suriya shared several interesting details about how the film was made and the theatrical response he received.

Speaking emotionally at the event, Suriya said:

“I felt that I should come in person and thank the fans for this monumental success. When RJ Balaji narrated this story to me, I made the decision to act in it within just half an hour or forty-five minutes. Everything in the story was perfectly set to that extent.”

Praising the film’s director, RJ Balaji, Suriya said, “This film is entirely RJ Balaji’s vision. Even as he was narrating the story, I developed a strong belief that it would create a huge impact and response among the audience in theatres. We start every film with a hope. Similarly, right from the very first meeting, everything in this film turned out positive and went well.”

Expressing his appreciation to the film’s production house, Dream Warrior Pictures, Suriya said, “They are the main reason for this film turning out so precise. Furthermore, my heartfelt thanks to that ‘Karuppasamy’ who made all the right decisions happen. I wished for this film to create this kind of magic in theatres, and that has happened today.”

“This film has given a much bigger success than I anticipated. In recent times, I haven’t seen fans celebrating like this in theatres. Not only in Tamil Nadu but also in other states and worldwide, this film has connected exceptionally well with all sections of the people,” Suriya spoke with joy.
