Nikhil’s Shankarabharanam Release Postponed

Actor Nikhil’s upcoming action entertainer Shankarabharanam is in the last leg of the shoot. The film’s promotional campaign has recently kicked off and producer Kona Venkat is chalking out interesting strategies to reach out to the audience.

Not so long ago, the teaser of the film was unveiled by Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and a couple of days ago the promotional song of the film was released by Tollywood hunk Rana Daggubati. The film is going to celebrate the audio launch later in the day. Directed by Uday Nandanavanam, the film was initially scheduled for release on November 11 coinciding with Diwali.

The latest update is that Kona has pushed the release by a week in a bid to accommodate enough space for Akhil Akkineni’s eponymously titled film Akhil which is lined up for release on the same day. Shankarabharanam will now hit the screens on November 20, says the buzz. Also featuring Nandita Raj and Anjali in lead roles, the film is produced by MVV Satyanarayana and has music by Praveen Lakkaraju. The Nikhil starrer is an adaptation to Bollywood film Phas Gaya Re Obama.
