Vijay and Vikram’s sons in mega director’s next?

Director Shankar after delivering the blockbuster hit ‘2.0’ starring Superstar Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar has moved on to his next ‘Indian 2’ starring Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan which is on floors currently.  The mega-sequel to the 1996 universal super hit ‘Indian’ is expected to release on a festive occasion in 2020.

The recent buzz in Kollywood circles is that Shankar is in a mood to direct a light-hearted youthful entertainer with his usual grandeur elements as well.  The same sources add that the project will have Dhruv Vikram and Jason Sanjay as the two heroes.  Already there were rumours that Vijay and Vikram would star in a Shankar film a few years back and it’s still unclear whether the project with their sons Dhruv and Jason will materialize in the coming months.

Dhruv Vikram’s debut movie ‘Varma’ directed by Bala is releasing on February 14th this year while Jason Sanjay has directed and acted in the short films ‘Junction’ and ‘Siri’.
