As reported by us earlier, there was an incident in the shooting spot of ‘2.0’ in Triplicane which resulted in a complaint lodged by the Journalists against the crew.
At the press meet director Shankar said that he was shooting inside a house and was unaware of the problem between the journalists and the crew. He expressed his regret over the unfortunate incident and also assured that he would continue to insist to his crew members that they should function in a way that does not hinder public life.
The Journalist Association members said that due to the goodwill they have towards Shankar accept his regret and stated that since they did not have any intention of sending someone to jail promised to withdraw the police complaint.
