Director and actor Sasikumar had last appeared in a cameo in Superstar Rajnikanth starrer Petta directed by Karthik Subbaraj, and he is acting in lead role in several movies like Kombu Vatcha Singamda, Naana, Raja Vamsam, Nadodigal 2, Kennedy Club and many more.

Of these movies, Kennedy Club is expected to release first, and the movie which is directed by Suseenthiran is produced by Nallusamy pictures. With popular distribution house Screen Scene getting the theatrical rights of Kennedy Club, now the movie has been censored clean U.

Kennedy Club stars Sasikumar and director Bharathiraja as Kabaddi coaches, and the movie revolves around a women's Kabaddi team and how the hero coaches them to success. Kennedy Club has music by D Imman and the movie is set to release soon.
