As he is presently acting as the hero in the film 'Dhillukku Duttu', another film 'Server Sundaram' which has Santhanam as the lead actor, has been launched today. The shoot started with the auspicious 'Milk Sizzling' ceremony (Paal Kaaichum Nigazhvu) as the first shot.

Santhanam plays the role of a chef in this film. The actor was featured in the first shot shot wearing the chef's attire. The film also stars Bijesh, the first grandson of late legendary actor Nagesh who played the lead role in the 1964 classic film with the same title.

The modern 'Server Sundaram' is being directed by Anand Balki, a catering graduate and a former chef. Santhosh Narayanan will take care of the musical score and PK Varma has been roped in for the cinematography of this film produced by J.Selvakumar of Kenanya Films banner.
