Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s upcoming emotional family drama Irumudi is steadily building excitement ahead of its theatrical release. After creating a strong impact with its first glimpse and chartbuster devotional single ‘Irumudi Kattu’, the film has now entered an important phase of production, with Ravi Teja officially beginning his dubbing work.
The makers shared a special video from the dubbing studio to mark the occasion. In the clip, Ravi Teja delivers the powerful dialogue, “I’ve only one daughter, and her name is Manamma,” with heartfelt emotion, offering audiences a glimpse into the film’s deeply moving father-daughter relationship. The video also features child actor Baby Nakshathra alongside director Shiva Nirvana, further hinting at the emotional core of the story.
With Ravi Teja completing his portions of the shoot, the production has now entered its final stretch. The team has just three days of filming remaining, while post-production work is progressing simultaneously to ensure the film is ready for its worldwide theatrical release on August 21.
The film’s musical journey has already begun on a high note. The first single, ‘Irumudi Kattu,’ a spiritually uplifting Ayyappa devotional track composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar, became an instant chartbuster after its release. The composer has now started work on the film’s background score, while the makers have confirmed that the second single will be unveiled soon, further increasing anticipation among fans.
Directed by Shiva Nirvana, Irumudi presents Ravi Teja in one of the most emotionally intense roles of his career. The actor plays a devoted father whose relationship with his daughter forms the heart of the story. Priya Bhavani Shankar stars as the female lead, while Baby Nakshathra plays the couple’s daughter. The supporting cast features Sai Kumar, Ajay Ghosh, Ramesh Indira, and Swasika in pivotal roles.
