Ritika Singh made everyone proud and happy by winning a National Award with her spellbinding performance in her debut film 'Irudhi Suttru', But the actress turned boxer felt that she did not expect the award as she did not dub on her own for the Tamil film.
But it seems, the language will not be a problem for this highly talented lass to achieve more and more laurels in Kollywood. As she is currently shooting for her second Tamil film 'Aandavan Kattalai' directed by Manikandan of 'Kaaka Muttai' fame, Ritika has started learning Tamil. Interestingly she does not have a tutor to teach the classical language for her but she is learning it by observing others speak the language.
Going by this commitment and speed, we need not be surprised if she dubs on her own for the character she plays in this film, alongside the powerhouse performer Vijay Sethupathi.
The shooting of 'Aandavan Kattalai' began last month and the team has completed the first schedule. Some important scenes of the film will be shot this month.
