Close on the heels of 'Parampara 2' comes 'Repeat' on Disney+ Hotstar. A mystical crime story directed by Arvindh Srinivasan, the film features Naveen Chandra in the lead.

From its trailer, it is clear that the film is a cat-and-mouse chase between an IPS officer, played by the protagonist, and a mysterious, faceless villain. Also featuring Smruthi Venkat and yesteryear actress Madhoo, 'Repeat' also features Pooja Ramachandran, Mime Gopi, Naveena Reddy, Kaali Venkat and Achyuth Kumar. Comedians Sudarshan and Satyam Rajesh are part of the cast.

The film is touted to be a mix of intelligent screenplaying and action. Involving victims at the centre of the plot, 'Repeat' is expected to be gripping.

Muthaiah's cinematography seems to be an asset for this moody thriller. With the BGM done by Ghibran, the thriller has stunts by Stunner Sam.

'Repeat' will start streaming from Aug 25.
