Peddi Trailer: Ram Charan’s Fierce New Avatars; Buzz Explodes Ahead Of Release

The much-awaited trailer of Peddi is finally out, and it has taken the excitement surrounding the film to an entirely new level. Headlined by Ram Charan and directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the ambitious pan-India entertainer is gearing up for grand worldwide premieres on June 3, followed by its theatrical release on June 4, 2026.

Backed by Vriddhi Cinemas, Mythri Movie Makers, and IVY Entertainment, the film has already generated massive hype with its songs, posters, and teaser. Now, the power-packed trailer has further amplified anticipation across audiences and trade circles.

Launched at a grand event in Mumbai, the trailer offers a glimpse into an emotionally intense story rooted in India’s heartland, blending sports, action, and raw emotions. While earlier promotional material introduced Ram Charan as Peddi Pehlwan and a rugged cricketer, the trailer surprises viewers by showcasing three different sports and multiple striking avatars of the actor.

The visuals highlight Ram Charan in a completely transformed look, delivering high-energy action sequences and emotionally charged moments. His screen presence and physical transformation have already become one of the biggest talking points online.

The trailer also gives strong moments to Janhvi Kapoor, Jagapathi Babu, and Divyendu Sharma, all of whom appear to play impactful characters in the narrative.

Adding further strength to the film’s growing craze is the music composed by A. R. Rahman. The first single “Chikiri Chikiri” crossed over 200 million views, while “Rai Rai Raa Raa” has already amassed more than 68 million YouTube views, becoming chartbusters even before release.

The film is also witnessing impressive momentum overseas. According to reports, North American advance bookings crossed the $100K mark within hours of opening, indicating massive demand among audiences abroad.

Apart from Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor, the film also stars Shiva Rajkumar in a key role, further adding to the scale of the project.
