Thalapathy Vijay starrer ‘Beast’ shooting is going on floor in full swing. The team recently shot a song sequence with Jana master of ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ fame and it is expected to be a peppy number. Followed by it a talkie portion of the film is currently shot in a star hotel located on the outskirts of Chennai.

While the expectations over this film have already reached sky-high the latest buzz is that the team is planning to reveal the antagonist of this film in the upcoming week. Pooja Hegde plays the lead lady in this film with the music is scored by Anirudh Ravichander.

The first look poster of Beast created records and Vijay fans celebrated his roaring looks. The post which Vijay uploaded on his Twitter managed to get over 273K likes in just 21 hours, making it the fastest post to do so. The film is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and bankrolled by Sun Pictures. The film is expected to be released next year during the festive season of Pongal.
