Lanky lad Rana Daggubati donned a khakhi and carried the vegetable bags at a Raitu Bazaar in the city earlier today. The Bhallala Deva lifted a gunny bag full of vegetables and carried it on his back before placing it at the vegetable mart. Rana did this Coolie No:1 job for the Memu Saitam program initiated by the Charitable Trust of actress Lakshmi Manchu.

The Gundello Godari actress has been raising funds with this program for charity activities and already she has shot the episodes featuring Rakul Preet Singh and Akhil Akkineni. These episodes will be aired in a popular entertainment channel shortly.

Several Tollywood stars are taking up the initiative for a cause and are coming voluntarily to be a part of Memu Saitam. Lakshmi appreciated Rana for his gesture and received acknowledgement from the Baahubali star for her initiative as well.
