Ram Pothineni firms up project with sensational director

Ram Pothineni was seen in January 2021 in ‘RED’. The film was a remake. ‘The Warrior’ is his next release. Its release date will be finalized soon.

The news is that the ‘Nenu Sailaja’ actor is now going to collaborate with a sensational filmmaker. And he is none other than Boyapati Srinu, who has stunned even the non-Telugu audience with ‘Akhanda’, which has been streaming on Disney+Hotstar. The film is Balakrishna’s magnum opus and the ‘Legend’ director is now a hugely sought-after name.

It’s fitting that Ram wants to work with him at this juncture in this career. It will be a mass film and the ‘iSmart Shankar’ actor can’t ask for more. Boyapati’s films have been high on mass-y elements from the beginning. Dwaraka Creations, which made a fortune because of ‘Akhanda’, will most likely be producing this untitled project.

As for ‘The Warrior’, it is a Telugu-Tamil project. Krithi Shetty and Akshara Gowda are its heroines. Aadhi Pinisetty is the villain. Devi Sri Prasad is its music director.
