Entering Politics is need of the Hour: Rajinikanth

What more can a die hard Superstar fan rejoice at, if not on the answer for the decades long question! As promised, Rajinikanth has kept his word, and has answered in favour of his fans and followers that he is indeed stepping into politics. Calling it the need of the hour, Rajinikanth remarked “Politics is spoilt as it is today. Governance seems to have taken the downhill of principles. If I failed to make this decision, the guilt would have eaten me till death. I will enter politics in the coming year.”

Being a man of international popularity, the Superstar rightly clarified that he is coming to the political arena not for money, fame, or recognition. He affirmed that he will compete in the upcoming parliamentary election, in all the 234 seats from the state. Calling out to patrons, Rajinikanth said “I don’t want followers. I need guards. I want people who will question every wrong courageously and safeguard the rights of the people, to stand by me for the good cause.”
