Manchu Manoj takes centre stage in Telugu ZEE5’s latest Sankranthi brand film, bringing alive the warmth, humour, and emotional richness of the festival while reinforcing the platform’s promise of delivering entertainment that truly belongs to Telugu audiences. With the communication line “Mana Pandaga, Mana Entertainment, Mana Telugu ZEE5”, the campaign reflects a strong cultural connect with the region and its viewers.
Set in a traditional village manduva house during Sankranthi, the brand film beautifully captures the spirit of festive togetherness. The narrative follows Manoj’s return journey to his native village, beginning with a bus ride and unfolding into a lively homecoming filled with playful moments, light-hearted banter, and heartfelt family interactions. As the celebrations build momentum, the film culminates in a vibrant, high-energy sequence that positions Telugu ZEE5 as the go-to entertainment companion for the year ahead.
Directed by Sai Marthand and shot by cinematographer Suriya Balaji—known for their work on the series Little Hearts—the film blends festive nostalgia with contemporary storytelling. The narrative seamlessly weaves in Telugu ZEE5’s content philosophy, highlighting its diverse slate of films and series that cater to audiences across age groups and tastes.
Over time, Telugu ZEE5 has made a strong mark with popular titles such as Beauty, Nayanam, Bhairavam, Sankrantiki Vasthunam, Kishkindapuri, and Hanuman. The platform is also gearing up for an exciting lineup of upcoming releases, including major films featuring Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara, and Ravi Teja, ensuring a steady stream of high-impact entertainment for Telugu audiences.
Speaking about the campaign, Anuradha Guru, Business Head – Telugu ZEE5, said that the platform’s core focus remains on delivering culturally rooted stories that reflect the tastes of Telugu families. She added that from festive entertainers and family dramas to gripping thrillers and star-driven films, Telugu ZEE5 is building a strong and consistent content pipeline.
Sharing his experience, Manchu Manoj said Sankranthi is a festival that celebrates family, laughter, and togetherness. He noted that the film brought back memories of the fun, light-hearted roles he enjoyed earlier in his career and felt refreshing to revisit that space. Manoj added that being part of a Telugu ZEE5 campaign centred on family emotions made the association even more special.
With its festive brand communication, culturally grounded storytelling, and robust content lineup, Telugu ZEE5 continues to strengthen its position as a platform that celebrates Telugu entertainment in all its forms—making this Sankranthi truly special for audiences.
