He woos and woos. She has her dilemmas but is attracted to him eventually. And then, she seems to be unsure. The Trailer for 'Padi Padi Leche Manasu' suggests that the Sharwanand-Sai Pallavi rom-com is somewhat of an emotional roller-coaster.
Written and directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, it's a relief that the love story doesn't seem to present routine problems (posed, for example, by elders). The film could well be more dialogue-centric than what the Trailer suggests. The female lead has a mind of her own, however indecisive it might be.
The locations are distinct, the art work (by Bhupesh R Bhupathi) is tasteful. The side characters, too, don't seem to be intrusive. Priyadarshi and Vennela Kishore are seen with the hero.
The separation pangs of the hero will be interesting to watch. The dialogues may just make it all poetic, helped by Raju Sundaram's rhythmic choreography.
Produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri, Vishal Chandrasekhar's music and Jay Kay's cinematography are appealing. Editing is by the renowned Sreekar Prasad. Action Choreography is by Venkat. Lyrics are by Krishna Kanth.
The romantic drama will hit the screens on December 21.
