‘Pandem Kodi-2’ crosses Rs. 5 Cr

Vishal’s ‘Pandem Kodi-2’, released last Thursday, has collected a share of Rs. 5,05,24,603 in 4 days, the makers have claimed.  On Sunday, which was its 4th day, it collected nearly Rs. 80 lakhs.  

The N Lingusamy-directed movie is on its way to become a hit.  The film’s theatrical rights were bought by the producer at Rs. 6 Cr.  

Produced by Tagore Madhu, it has Keerthy Suresh as the heroine and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar as the villain.  

Vishal’s previous film ‘Abhimanyudu’ was a big hit.  And the brand identity that ‘Pandem Kodi’ enjoys has worked in the sequel’s favour.
