Nannu Dochukunduvate’s ‘Big Boss Anthem’ is fun

Sudheer Babu in ‘Nannu Dochukunduvate’ plays a curmudgeon whose grumpiness and toughness can make his employees crib endlessly.  That’s what the song ‘Big Boss Anthem’, unveiled on Monday by Mahesh Babu, says.

Music director B Ajaneesh Loknath deploys the right set of instruments and tune to announce the ominous presence of the much-feared boss (Sudheer Babu).  The voices of Tipu and Harshika Devanathan have that old-world charm to make one root for the feelings of the beleaguered employees.  Krishnaaji’s lyrics are impressive.

The film, directed by RS Naidu and starring Nabha Natesh as the female lead, will hit the screens on September 13, clashing with Samantha Akkineni’s awaited thriller ‘U Turn’.
