Nani, Mani Ratnam Movie not Shelved

Rumours were afloat the Nani’s multi-starrer with director Mani Ratnam is shelved. Following the exits of Dulquer Salman and one of the leading ladies of the film Keerthy Suresh, speculations were doing rounds that Mani Ratnam is miffed with these developments and put the project on the back burner. But, the news turned out to be false, says Kollywood reports.

According to sources, Nani has not backed out of the project and the film is still on. However, there is no clarity on when would the film hit the floors but whenever it does, Nani will be part of it. A huge admirer of Mani Ratnam, Nani has been waiting to work with the creative director for a while now. On many occasions, the actor stated that he will not let the opportunity go if he gets a chance to work with Mani. Besides Nani, Nithya Menen is playing one of the leads in this film.
