Shivani Rajashekar, the daughter of the Dr. Rajashekar-Jeevitha duo, is looking forward to her onscreen debut. Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, the fledging actress says that her maiden venture is a love story.

Directed by Mallick Ram, the film's production works are almost completed. Starring Teja Sajja as the male lead, the romantic drama has got a special feature. "It has got many interesting twists and turns. I am a college student in the film," Shiva reveals.

Shivani confesses to feeling upset when '2 States', which was to be her debut movie, was shelved last year. Without feeling let down, the passionate actress in her told herself that such things do happen.

As someone who always looks up to her talented parents, who have seen several "ups and downs in their careers", Shivani exudes optimism and confidence.
