Fire at Hotel where MS Dhoni was staying

Jharkand was set to face Bengal in the second semi-final of the Vijay Hazare Trophy today, before a fire broke out at the Hotel where the Jharkhand team was staying.

Around 6 AM today morning, the Welcome Hotel Complex in Dwarka, Delhi caught fire due to unknown circumstances. The MS Dhoni led Jharkhand team was staying in the hotel when the incident happened. The fire was put-off by a fire extinguishing team at around 9:45 AM. No casualties were reported, and the players were evacuated safely, while the team's cricket kits burned to ashes.

The second semi-final match of the Vijay Hazare Trophy that was scheduled today has been postponed to Saturday. Police are investigating the cause of the fire.
