Recently, there was a controversy regarding the high bill charged by the Tamil Nadu electricity board. While many among general public made noises on social media regarding the issue, actor Prasanna opened up on his Twitter handle.

After Prasanna tweeted about the issue, the TNEB responded that there was no looting taking place, following which Prasanna also clarified on the intention behind his tweet. Now, director Arun Vaidyanathan who has directed movies like Nibunan, Achamundu Achamundu with Prasanna has tweeted that he was shocked by his latest EB Bill.

Tagging Prasanna, Arun Vaidyanathan tweeted "I just saw my electricity bill. Shocked is the right word !!!! 10,000 Rs. @Prasanna_actor - Karu Naakku Thukkiri - the day you brought this to GOVT attention, they are penalizing everyone associated with you I guess :) :) :)".
