Akshay Kumar lifts Samantha like a doll – Koffee with Karan’s new promo out

After Janhvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan’s Koffee With Karan 7 episode, Akshay Kumar and Samantha Ruth Prabhu are going to star in the forthcoming episode, airing this Thursday. Filmmaker Karan Johar shared a promo of the episode on social media and yet another glimpse of a juicy episode.

The episode’s promo, as expected, hints at lively conversations, candid chats, glamour, secrets and witty one-liners delivered by Samantha and Akshay. The toiled actor made a dashing entry to the show, carrying Samantha in his arms.

In a segment of the video, The Family Man 2 actress tells show’s host Karan Johar that ‘he is a reason for unhappy marriages.’ Listening to this, Akshay broke out in laughter and said ‘mill gaya jodhidar, ab tu dekh (Got a partner-in-crime, now wait and watch).

Samantha was asked by Karan who’ll she pick from Bollywood to dance at a bachelorette party she hosts. To this, she is seen replying ‘Ranveer Singh and Ranveer Singh’, which left Akshay and Karan surprised

Karan also asked Akshay what he would’ve done if he was in Will Smith’s place at the Oscars, and comedian Chris Rock joked about his wife, Twinkle Khanna. Akshay said, “Paid for his funeral.” For the unversed Will Smith was banned from the Oscars for 10 years after slapping Rock on stage after the comedian joked about Jada Pinkett Smith’s medical condition.
