Vijay Sethupathi starrer 'Kavan' and Nayanthara starrer 'Dora' had released last weekend and both the film took a tremendous opening in the first weekend.
Now the films have completed another weekend and here is the details of their performance in the second weekend which also saw the release of the biggie 'Kaatru Veliyidai'.
'Kavan' has been retained in 18 theaters across Chennai and 216 shows have been screened in three days. The film has got 90% occupancy and the collections were Rs.72,23,940.
The total collections of the K.V.Anand directorial film stands at Rs.2,79,66,220.
Box office trade sources feel that the film has been holding on very well and it will become a hit.
Nayanthara's 'Dora' has been retained in 13 theaters and 102 shows of the film were screens in this weekend. With this the film has collected Rs.20,37,660 with 85% occupancy on an average.
The total collections of the film in two weeks is Rs.1,35,31,290. Trade feels that the film's performance has been Average in the second weekend.
