Kamal Haasan clearly copied party logo

The logo of Makkal Needhi Maiam (People's Justice Party) is clearly a copied one.  It is much similar to two existing logos.

Says a Twitter user, "Did Kamal Haasan create his political party's symbol using a @Shutterstock image download, with minimal changes later?"  But for the black colour surrounding the star symbol at the centre, the entire logo is similar.

Did Kamal's team take this logo from the website?

Even this Shutterstock image is similar to the logo of ACAF, a European financial company.  However, the symbolic meaning of the symbol is different for them and for Kamal.
