Star entertainer Naveen Polishetty, who enjoys a strong connect with Telugu audiences after three consecutive blockbusters, is gearing up to entertain once again with his upcoming film Anaganaga Oka Raju, slated for a grand Sankranthi 2026 release on January 14.

The film is produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, and presented by Srikara Studios. Marking the directorial debut of Maari, the film features Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female lead, with music composed by Mickey J. Meyer.

As part of promotions, the team recently hosted a creatively designed event titled “Raju Gari Pelli Reception” in Hyderabad. Styled like a real wedding reception, the event saw Naveen Polishetty and Meenakshi Chaudhary appearing as a newlywed couple, greeting the media and dancing to songs from the film, creating a festive and memorable atmosphere.

Addressing the gathering, Naveen Polishetty spoke emotionally about the journey of the film. He revealed that Anaganaga Oka Raju was conceived during his recovery period after an accident and thanked audiences for the immense love and support that helped him bounce back. “Sankranthi has a special vibe. It means entertainment, families, and togetherness. That’s why we felt this film belongs to this festival,” he said, adding that the entire team worked with complete dedication.

Meenakshi Chaudhary expressed happiness about being part of the film and said she is confident audiences will enjoy it as a wholesome family entertainer. She noted that this marks her third Sankranthi release and said she is eagerly waiting to see the audience response.

With strong festive appeal, innovative promotions, and Naveen Polishetty’s heartfelt confidence, Anaganaga Oka Raju is set to offer Telugu audiences a full-on entertainment feast this Sankranthi 2026.
