The investigation into the untimely and unnatural death of veteran actor Kalabhavan Mani has been unearthing utterly shocking facts one after another. Last week a chemical lab report confirmed that insecticide was found in the viscera of the deceased actor. It became evident that someone had mixed the poisonous substance in the liquor drunk by Mani in that fateful evening.

Now the police have found out in their investigation that Mani's father-in-law Sudhakaran had purchased the insecticide. It is worth noting that Mani's relationship with his wife Doctor Nimmi. The seller has reportedly informed Police that Sudhakaran had purchased the insecticide from him.

The cops are expected to pull up Sudhakaran for investigation.

Kalabhavan Mani's younger brother Ramakrishnan approached the police, a day after his brother's death suspecting that he could have been murdered. The Kochi police registered a case of Unnatural Death and have been investigating the case since then.
