Director Pandiraj celebrates his 40th birthday today

Pandiraj made his debut as a director with the supe rhit and critically acclaimed 'Pasanga' which went on to win the National award. 'Pasanga' is considered as one of the great films on children's world something that is very rarely explored in Tamil cinema. Pasanga has become the identity of Pandiraj to the extent that his production banner has been named after the film.

Pandiraj as a director has proved his expertise in comedy (Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga), romance (Idhu Namma Aalu) and action (Kathakali). His ability to pen meaningful dialogues and also his sense of humor and satire are some of his biggest assets as a creator. He introduced Sivakarthikeyan as a hero in his 'Marina' and the actor is now one of the leading young stars in Kollywood. His latest release 'Idhu Namma Aalu' which released after a very long delay has been declared as a super hit and still running successfully in theaters.

Next Pandiraj is expected to take up 'Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga 2' and the official announcement on the same is expected soon.
