Hollywood hero Chris Hemsworth, who was last seen in the action packed Netflix entertainer Extraction written by Russo brothers, is well known among fans all over the world for playing the mighty Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero Thor and is next set to step out of his comfort zone for a biopic.

Chris Hemsworth will be playing the role of the WWE legend Hulk Hogan in his biopic which will be directed by Hangover and Joker director Todd Phillips, and Netflix has the exclusive rights for the story. This biopic will focus on Hulk Hogan’s early years in professional wrestling and will present his rise in the field.

Chris Hemsworth will be undergoing a massive physical transformation for the movie, putting up more weight and building his physique even more than his look in Thor. Speaking to a Hollywood journal, Chris Hemsworth has said about the Hulk Hogan biopic "This movie is going to be a really fun project. As you can imagine, the preparation for the role will be insanely physical. I will have to put on more size than I ever have before, even more than I put on for Thor. There is the accent as well as the physicality and the attitude.”
