Akhil Akkineni’s much-awaited action entertainer Lenin has been postponed once again. The film, which stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead, has been in production for nearly two years and has already undergone multiple release date changes.
This year alone, the makers have revised the release schedule twice, and now the film has been pushed for a third time. The latest announcement confirms that Lenin will hit theaters worldwide on July 10.
Sharing the update, producer Nagarjuna Akkineni revealed that director Murali Kishore Abburu and his team requested additional time to fine-tune the film and deliver the best possible cinematic experience. Respecting their commitment to quality, the makers decided to postpone the release.
Announcing the new date, Nagarjuna stated, “They asked for a little more time to give their absolute 100% and create something very special. Their passion and spirit made me say yes.”

While repeated postponements have become increasingly common in the Telugu film industry, the team behind Lenin appears determined to ensure the film meets audience expectations before arriving on the big screen.
Directed by Murali Kishore Abburu, Lenin is jointly produced by Nagarjuna Akkineni and Naga Vamsi. The film’s music is composed by Thaman, whose soundtrack is expected to be one of the major highlights.
With the new release date now officially locked, Akhil fans are hoping that Lenin will finally make its way to theaters on July 10 without any further delays.
