The Madras HIgh Court in a sensational move has banned illegal and piracy sites from uploading or making available Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Mersal’ that is all set to to hit the screens on the 18th of October. The move comes after a petition filed by the producers of the film Sri Thenandal Studios.
This strong stand against piracy by the HIgh Court will also benefit other Kollywood films in general as 37 piracy and illegal sites have been identified and the ban imposed on them as well. Great move for a ‘Mersal’ Diwali.
