'Donal Daggu' is the latest song from 'Hero', starring newcomer Ashok Galla in the lead. The film will hit the screens on January 15.
The rap song, composed by Ghibran, has the nephew of Mahesh Babu dance with abandon in the backdrop of a colony. Hundreds of people join him in the dance. Sung with great energy by Roll Rida and Gold Devaraj, the song has lyrics by Roll Rida.
The music is peppy. One is instantly reminded of the loud songs from masala entertainers. It's a song meant for a strong theatrical experience.
'Hero', starring Nidhhi Agerwal as the heroine, is a semi-cow boy backdrop. The film also features Jagapathi Babu, Naresh, Vennela Kishore, Brahmaji, and Satya. Directed by Sriram Adittya T and produced by Padmavathi Galla of Amara Raja Media & Entertainment, 'Hero' has cinematography by the Sameer Reddy-Richard Prasad duo. Art Direction is by A Ramanjaneyulu. Prawin Pudi has edited it, while AR Tagore and Kalyan Shankar have penned the dialogue.
