Narendra Modi has on Wednesday held a rally in Basirhat, West Bengal. Coming a day after Amit Shah’s successful Kolkata rally that turned violent after TMC activists disrupted it, the PM’s rally saw some big comments.
The PM said that Mamata Banerjee is frustrated. “All the surveys are giving BJP a full majority on its own. But, Didi (Bengal chief minister), after seeing your frustration and the support from the people of Bengal, I am saying that Bengal will help us win more than 300 seats,” Modi said.
What surveys is Modi referring to? There are hardly any Exit Polls, which will come only after 6:30 pm on Sunday (May 19). He must be referring to internal surveys of the BJP, which are said to be giving some 300 seats.
