Harish Kalyan one of the most exciting young heroes in Tamil cinema has shown his philanthropic side by donating sizeable to the Sri Matha Cancer Care in Adyar Chennai D. Vijaysree who runs the charitable institution to take care of terminally ill abandoned cancer and renal failure patients has lauded the gesture of the actor in a letter.

Harish himself has posted on social media in Tamil "I appreciate the efforts of Vijaysree who runs the Sri Matha Cancer Care where terminally ill cancer patients are given utmost care till their last breaths. I am happy to contribute a little towards her eight year service to humanity."

On the professional front Harish Kalyan's upcoming movies include 'Kasada Thapara' produced by Venkat Prabhu and directed by Chimbu Devan and the Tamil remake of the Telugu super hit 'Pelli Choopulu' costarring Priya Bhavani Shankar.
