Ajith's Thunivu is releasing on January 11 in Tamil and Telugu; fans are eagerly waiting for ticket booking to open in most parts of Tamil Nadu. The heist drama helmed by H Vinoth is going to be special for them as the movie is going to clash with Vijay's Varisu.

As the hype around the films is increasing day by day, director H Vinoth has revealed the secret behind Thunivu's story. H Vinoth recently revealed that only the first half is for Ajith fans and the second half is for all the audience.

He also revealed that the Bank heist is not the whole plot of the film and it is just a portion of this much-anticipated movie. The director also opened up about the pressure he faces after fans continuously request an update on the film's status. He said that there are limitations when it comes to releasing promo videos and stills from the movie as too much revealing would spoil the suspense.

The project produced by Boney Kapoor will be released in Telugu as well on the same day under the title Tegimpu. Manju Warrier, Samuthirakani and John Kokken among others will be essaying prominent characters in the film which will drop on Netflix after a month.
