'Gurtunda Seethakalam', whose trailer was released weeks ago, has locked its final release date. Starring Satyadev Kancharana and Tamannaah Bhatia in nostalgic roles, it hits the screens on September 23.

Megha Akash plays one of the past girlfriends of the 'Godse' actor in the movie. The 'Skylab' and 'Thimmarasu' star is awaiting this feel-good 'love mocktail' at a time when he is doing the gritty 'Krishnamma' and his Bollywood debut 'Ram Sethu'.

The title track of the movie, sung by Sanjith Hegde, has been as big a pleasing one as its trailer. Also featuring Priyadarshi and Kavya Shetty, the film is content-driven and performance-oriented.

Produced by Bhavana Ravi, Nagashekar, and Rama Rao Chinthapalli, the out-and-out love story is directed by Nagashekar R. Music is by Kaala Bhairava. Editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, while cinematography is by Satya Hegde. Sampth, Siva S Yashodhara are its line producers. Lakshmi Bhupal is penning the dialogue.
